What are some good guitar tabs for a beginner?

i have a normal acoustic guitar and i want to learn how to play it. where can i get some good beginner tabs?What are some good guitar tabs for a beginner?
A very easy guitar tab to learn is the national anthem. The frist song I ever learned to play was this.. and I learned it in 10 minutes when I first got my guitar.





It mostly focuses on one string.

You can check around yahoo for some of your favorite songs and learn them but I suggest you learn all the keys first if you don't already know them. Also, when I first got my guitar I went on ebay and bought a video teaching me all the keys and some beginner songs. You can start anywhere.. try playing the national anthem today, you'll learn it fast. Good luck and don't give up (I know it gets frustrating sometimes!)

When I first learned, this is what I played. Greenday: Basket Case, Brain Stew, Longview, Warning, Welcome to Paradise, and When I Come Around. Nirvana is also good. Try songs like: Come As You Are, Heart Shaped Box, Rape Me, and Smells Like Teen Spirit.

guitar tabs.com is a good place to start but you have to have a good understanding of tabs if not then go to your local music store they usually have someone that teaches guitar they can teach you tabs thats the easist way to learn tabs if you dont have somone to teach you you wont be able to do it right personally i think learning by ear is better becouse tabs are not alwase right
