Try an Ibanez Jumpstart Bass pack,they come with every thing a beginer needs to start learning including an amp.Its an excellent brand to buy from, I used to have one when I started on the bass.It comes at a good price and comes with every thing from the bass, instructional guide, strap, picks, amp,strings, note chart, I recomend it over any other.
