Prob somewhere in the 105 range. Length is standard.

Grip and weight are what you need to look for.

You are supposed to measure from the second crease in your palm to tip of ring finger.

You would prob want, I would guess based on your h/w a 4 1/4 size grip. You can always have grip made larger so it's better to be too small.

Also try a racquet that's not too heavy.

A lot of women, including myself, have the ( Head Ti S6 ). It's Head's number 1 selling racquet for females.

It's amazing how many people I see using it.

I tried a friend's and really liked it. It's very light.

You can't go wrong with that one.How big should the head of a racquet be for a beginner? and how long should a tennis racquet be for a beginner
This what i woul suggest. Stand up %26amp; hold the racquet handle till the head touches the ground. That should be the perfect size for you.
Try medium size racquet!
Well... the headsize. If you are just starting tennis.. Try to get a big one.. like 105-100 sq. inches. Later you must start to lower the size.

Like I started 98 and now I'm 95

Roger Federer has a 90 sq. inch racquet!!! But he is a pro and World No.1 and he has gone though diffrent racquets.

Again, start with big head size and as you improve buy new racquets with smaller head size than your last one.
