Is the Fender starcaster strat a good guitar for a beginner like myself to start off with?

If you're a beginner, its good to have any guitar! Good or bad, the guitar shouldn't affect your ability to play and learn. Any cheap guitar is going to have plenty of downsides, but on the same token, spending over 1000 usd for a guitar when you're a beginner wouldn't make much sense either.





So I'm going to have to say yes, a Strat is just fine.
